Interviewing Guidelines Policy

The purpose of the Interviewing Guidelines Policy is to provide an outline for conducting useful and appropriate interviews with potential new hires, both from a proper methodology perspective and a legal standpoint. These guidelines will help build a reproducible and consistent interview framework which can be applied to any open role. All full-time employees, contract workers, consultants, part-time staff, temporary workers and other personnel who interview candidates for hiring are covered by this policy.
